Join us for this authentic Florence pasta making class in the kitchen of a local chef! Learn the Italian cooking skills you’ll use again and again back home. Shop your own ingredients at family-run markets in the Oltrarno neighborhood, then strap on an apron, and prepare the best fettuccine and ravioli of your life! To end on a high note, you will learn how to make the perfect tiramisù or another typical local dessert (and eat it too!) Ah, we almost forgot! During this pasta-making class you can drink all the wine you want!

Please note: For those joining us in the afternoon, we’ll replace the market visit with a typical Italian experience: Aperitivo! Cured meats and pecorino cheese with a spritz of your choice (Campari or Aperol)

Get introduced to the artisans behind the ingredients you’ll be cooking with!

Handpick herbs straight from a private garden, adding the freshest touch to your cooking.

Dive into a hands-on pasta-making class, mastering an authentic Italian culinary art.

Enjoy a generous, family-style lunch, filled with shared flavors and stories.

Savor unlimited servings of Tuscan wine, a true taste of the region’s viticulture.

The class starts in Piazza Santo Spirito, approximately 10 minutes' walk from the Ponte Vecchio.

This was by far our favorite thing we did in our entire Italy trip! The class was well organized, fun, and DELICIOUS!! My husband and I learned so much about how to make great pasta and sauces. We can’t wait to try the recipes at home.

I had such a wonderful time! As a solo traveler it was hard finding cooking classes that didn’t require 2 or more people to sign up in order to attend, so it was awesome to find one I could join! I adore cooking and all things Italian food and I would have to say, this class was perfect for cooks and non cooks alike.
